At first going into this book i wasn’t expecting to enjoy it that much i really find myself learning key aspects of design but also how to relate my design choice to elevate someone else’s spirit, which is something that is important to me. I also think the tone in which the author, Will Guidara, is speaking in helps me to not lose interest in what the text is talking about. In my class, Art227 we are currently having group discussions about the text and to me it’s so interesting to hear my peers perspectives. Currently we are on/read chapters 1-9 but i look forward to talking about it more and how i can apply it as a designer and everyday human being.
